We are providers for most local and national vision plans.  Additionally, some medical plans allow for an annual routine eye examination, even without a separate vision plan (a good example of this is BCBS of Texas).  Nearly all medical plans allow for an emergency medical eye care visit.  Some of the providers we accept & routinely encounter are:
